Chef Bruce Duff started his career studying Culinary Management at Humber College, and has since had a successful run in a variety of restaurants and golf clubs, as well as running his own Personal Chef service. 

Bruce always takes pride in excellence and food safety. His creativity has lead to many of his original recipes being featured in local newspapers and on local television. He will always strive to try new ideas or put his own twist on the tried and true.
