Chef Francis is a talented Chef, who is active in the St John's food scene. An experienced Chef, with a range of culinary experience - in catering, private events, cooking demonstrations, food and wine pairings and in restaurants. 

He believes in giving back to his community, and often volunteers his time and services for fundraising events and nutritional education - for example, he has provided cooking demonstrations at events with the Canadian Diabetes Association and has donated his time to provide Personal Chef services to fundraise for the Learning Disabilities Association of Newfoundland and Labrador.
