I believe that food should be readily identifiable for what it is, and taking the time to prepare it should be an integral part of your day. For all, that is not feasible. This is where I come in. 

My name is Chef Harvey. I have been working as a chef for over 30 years. Since I bought a restaurant in Windsor in 2003, I have been preparing foods from scratch and avoiding anything with a label. Real ingredients = real food.
