Chef Jan has a background in finance, but has always loved cooking - so much so, that he changed his career, taking a number of catering and culinary courses so that he could confidently pursue his passion.

He strives to delicately balance flavour, textures and colours, so that not only will clients feast with their eyes as each course is served, but they will savour each bite of his delicious creations.
