Chef Kanesh has almost 20 years of culinary experience.  His culinary journey has taken him to Paris, France and Toronto, Canada, where he has worked in top restaurants such as the CN Tower's 360.

He has trained under many well-renowned chefs, such as Chefs Paul Boehmer and Suzanne Baby, fine-tuning his techniques, skills and culinary repertoire.  Although he specialises in Italian and French cuisines, he has also been formally trained at George Brown Culinary College in American and Asian cuisines. 

Passionate about cooking, he is always eager to learn and experiment with unique flavour profiles.  He loves to create food that showcase local ingredients and healthy menu options, and is dedicated to providing unforgettable in-home dinner parties across the GTA.
