Richard is a talented Personal Chef, now located in the Vancouver area.  He has years of experience working in the culinary industry, and his passion and knowledge of fresh ingredients can be tasted in his delicious food.

Chef Richard is an advocate for local, sustainable and artisanal foods.  He is also dedicated to expanding his knowledge of culinary techniques, having learned the sausage-making process, and making goat cheese and artisanal breads from scratch.  He consults with each client to understand their individual needs, and is experienced in creating unique menus for each event, whether it is a private dinner party or cooking lesson, weekly dinners or a special event.
