Chef Stephan knew at an early age he wanted to enter the culinary arts.  He embarked on a four year apprenticeship in Southern Germany where he worked under one of Germany’s most influential chefs of the time. 

​Back in Canada, he has trained and worked in Canmore (Alberta), Ottawa (Ontario) and Montreal (Quebec), his birthplace.  In addition to working in a variety of culinary positions including Executive Chef, he also runs a successful Personal Chef business, just outside Ottawa.

​Stephan's charismatic personality has made him a frequent culinary guest on local morning shows, and his culinary skills have been featured in numerous magazines.
