Chef Alfy has over 10 years of culinary experience, gaining her culinary training in Philadelphia and Toronto, and working for a variety of restaurants and catering companies, in the USA and Canada. 

Alfy is an experienced Sushi Chef, but isn't limited to Japanese food - she has knowledge in a variety of cuisines including Classical French and Italian. Her service area includes dinner party services for small to medium sized events.
