Chef Wooter has been working in the culinary industry in Europe and Canada for over 10 years.  Fluent in a wide variety of cuisines, including those from many Asian and African countries, he is passionate about serving food that connects with his clients, as well as nourishing them.

As with many West Coast Chefs, Vancouver's Chef Wooter incorporates local, seasonal, sustainable ingredients into his cooking as much as he can.  He also likes to create bread, cheese and pasta from scratch, and conducts cooking lessons on these and other aspects of cooking on a regular basis.
